FAQ
Our order situation is adapted to the size of the fleet. The more vehicles participate in the brokerage, the more orders are available. In this way, customers are reliably served and drivers are provided with sufficient orders.
Using the driver app is child’s play. To log in, the driver scans a vehicle-specific QR code and enters their access data. If the driver receives an order offer, he can accept or reject it. If he accepts, he sees all the relevant information about the order.
All vehicles within a radius of the pick-up address are offered the order one after the other. The vehicle that has been waiting the longest for a new order receives the offer first.
Orders can be reserved. If you have reserved an order and are near the pick-up address at the pick-up time, you will receive the order offer first.
Invoice journeys, patient journeys and all journeys paid for with cab tickets or customer cards are billed through us.
Non-cash trips are paid out to your account on a monthly basis, less a processing fee of 5%. You will receive a list of your journeys as a PDF document.
