Order your ambulance ride by phone or e-mail. We are available for you around the clock. When ordering, please let us know important information, such as whether you need to take a wheelchair with you. We also need the start address and destination for the patient transfer.
Receive confirmation
After ordering your ride, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or e-mail with further information that will take you to your appointment in a relaxed manner. After your appointment, we will of course take you back home or to another destination.

Invoicing with the health insurance company
This is how the billing of your health insurance works. We bill almost every health insurance company for the trips you take. Your doctor will issue you with a medical transportation certificate, which you will need for the journey. As a result, we need it to invoice your journeys. Once you have sent the documents to us, you do not need to worry about anything else, we will take care of the rest.

You receive a prescription from your doctor for medical transportation. Your health insurance company will issue you with an authorization.

Wheelchair transportation is no problem for our trained drivers.
Contact us for your next appointment, we will of course also accompany you in a wheelchair from your front door to your appointment and back. Our vehicles are also designed to carry out wheelchair journeys comfortably and safely. Simply let us know that you are in a wheelchair when you order your medical transfer.
